Until winning the 2021 Cannes prize for Best Director, I believed Leos Carax was one of the most underrated directors. I still believe that his audience is too small. He typically sits high among some of the most devoted arthouse cinema-goers, but despite some of his films receiving a proper America release, Carax has remained in his pocket. So with the release of Annette, we wanted to bring some of his movies to you!
